Pennine Singers Summer Concert – ‘Prayer and Praises’

Come with us on a journey of prayer and praises through the ages, mixing quiet reflection and joyous celebration!
Our programme features Schubert’s sunny Mass in G from the Eucharist service, and Stanford’s serene Evening Service in G, traditionally sung at evensong.
We’re excited to perform a new work by Pennine Singers founder and former musical director Jack Pickford. Plus a wonderful Dan Forrest arrangement of And Can it Be, originally a hymn by Charles Wesley.
